Our Wee Fairy Cottage is approx. 18" x 14" at the base; the house is approx. 8" high to peak, with an inside dimension of approx. 8" x 8" , with an additional optional loft area as well. Assembly takes approx. 1-2 hours and consists of tying knots in cords threaded through pre-drilled holes. The roof lifts for access and the house anchors onto it's base. Each house has a door, window, signs and a complete Wee Tree included. A finishing bag includes a complete set of furniture and accessories, and the tree bag has a tire swing, a tiny nest and eggs or house, and a bird. Recommended for ages 6 and up.
